Each pillow goes through a process of fermenting, sun bathing and rinsing. The patterns are painted on with bleach and left to soak into the fabric in the sun leaving the distinguishing patterns we love about mud cloth. We love mud cloth because of its rich history, the different patterns and colors and the texture that it beautifully showcases.
