WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We love our products and want you to as well! We back our products 100%, but if for some reason you aren't happy with your purchase, reach out to us within 14 days after receiving your item.

Please return all items in original packaging, in original condition and with your receipt within 14 days for in store credit.

We cannot refund shipping and handling fees and customer is responsible for re-shipping fees.

All sale and handmade wood items are final and non-refundable.

How often are restocks?
I try to update inventory monthly, kilims are all one of a kind and are never considered a restock, but I am bringing new inventory often. Follow me on instagram for restock dates!

Where can I get pillow inserts?
I stock 20x20 and 12x24 feather inserts. But if for some reason I am out of stock or you need a lumbar insert my favorites are Ikea, Amazon, West Elm, Pottery Barn and CB2 for quality and best price! I recommend sizing UP, meaning if you have an 18x18 cover, buy a 20x20 insert to make it full and fluffy. Vintage kilim rug pilllows are a little firmer and will hold their shape without a perfect fitting insert, you don't want to go too much bigger with those or it puts too much pressure on the zipper
